Booking Requirements

1.

For all first time clients there is a minimum of $70.00 required to book.

All first time clients must complete the "consultation form'. See consultation tab above. Must return via email or via the contact form. (This form is fillable.)
Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of your appointment.

2.

There is a $30.00 non-refundable deposit required in order to book an appointment. The deposit goes towards your service. Your balance will be due on the day of appointment whether cash or PayPal.

3.

Running late? Please call (773-234-2565) to notify me. There is a 15 minutes grace period before potentially cancelling your appointment. If you do not make it to your appointment, your deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

4.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be credited to your next scheduled appointment.

5.

Breeanna does not soak off others work. If she did not apply your nail enhancements, she will not soak it off.

If you already have on a full set that Breeanna did not do, she will fill and continue with your service.

Due to limited seating we ask that clients booking appointments not to bring extra guest.

6.

If you do not see the desired service that you would like, please list it in the notes when booking or kindly contact me.

Please list "ADDS ONS" in the message box right before booking your service.

7.

All clients are required to soak off nail enhancements every 2-3 months, mandatory manicure required for nail care and cuticles.
